HOMEOWNER PROGRAM (HO-2) Owner Occupied
The Inland Mutual Homeowners HO-2 Program is a specified peril program designed for owner occupied modest dwellings that are well maintained and updated. Applicants should be loss free and without credit or financial history problems. Eligible homes will utilize a modern central heating system, and if the dwelling was built prior to 1980 all systems must have been maintained and updated within the last ten years. Coverage for real property is offered on a ‘replacement cost’ basis for losses that occur up to the dwelling limit of liability. If the dwelling insured is a mobile or manufactured (not ‘real’ property) then losses are adjusted on an actual cash value basis. Contents coverage losses are adjusted on an ‘actual cash value’ basis.
Dwelling Fire Program (WVDP-1 & WVDP-2)
Owner, Tenant, Renters Contents, Dwellings being remodeled, seasonal
Our Dwelling Policy Program is a specified peril program designed to include all of the above various occupancies, and can be tailored to the needs of individuals. Personal Liability Coverage is available for owner occupied dwellings. Premises Liability Coverage is available for Tenant, and Seasonal Occupancies.
We offer basic and broad form coverage options for rental, tenant and owner occupied dwellings and mobile homes. The program is targeted for well maintained / modest dwellings with applicants being loss free and without financial history problems. Seasonal coverage is available.
